What A Tough Week

This has been a tough week. I took the sugar out of my coffee. Well, that has been a fail. I have been craving sugar like crazy. So I gave in and put the teaspoon back in my coffee and I have not been craving sugar  . . {organic coconut sugar}.

This is my last week of basic body mechanics for crossfit. Let me say, I am not as coordinated as I would like to be. I have learned so much, and it is like information over load. Yesterday at Brick session, I was doing better. It was noticeable by all. My posture for the run part has improved. I was a bit faster too. Plus I have learned that I need to work on my mobility, and flexibility. I was so stiff when I went in, and we did some stretches that loosen me up. I even feel better.  So from here on out I will be taking the class 2 to 3 times a week. Depending on my work schedule and not interfering with tri. training.

It is official, I am registered for the New Dopey Race at Disney in Jan.2014. I am going to try to get registered for Tower of Terror, or Wine and Dine. I want to improve on my time and get out of the last corral. I have till Nov.31,2013 to do that.

I swam 1000 meters this week in the pool. I did the drills. All but my kick board. I forgot it. It was hard. My breathing was off, and my arms were getting fatigue. When I was swimming ,I forgot to take off my body bug, and now it is not working any more. Time for a new one.

Weigh in tomorrow. This will be interesting to see what my body does. Next weekend also will be measurements again.  I can not wait.

Have a great weekend!
