Saturday was group. I did my fastest run yet. I swam … without panic. Reset. Then I was only able to bike 8 miles. My left foot fell asleep again. I think it is my seat. I learn some run drills to do. We learn body mechanics. I learned new stuff. I put it in to play and I think that’s why I was a bit faster. Picture above is the bay we will be swimming in next time I get to go to group.
Weigh in was -.2 lbs. Not much,but I will take it. Food was a bit rough this week. Found myself craving sugar. I haven’t done that in a while. I gave myself a few pieces to calm it. I think I am doing that now since I have stopped having coconut sugar in my coffee. I just use coconut milk. This week will be a battle with the craving. I have also found myself craving pasta. I have not done that since Sept. This week is going to to be a fight.
E helped me adjust my seat and I did some spinning last night watching Wrestle mania 29. My foot did not fall asleep. My knees were sore Saturday and most of Sunday, so I did not go ride with the group. My left knee was tightening up while I was doing a light easy spin. I was able to get in another ten miles. after this I am going to go to the pool. Then later this evening I have beginner class 4 of cross fit.
Today, my allergies are kicking my butt. But I have some great goals laid out in front of me and I can’t stop. I have to keep moving even if it is slow.
