Update Class One

Real quick.
Crossfit Class one. Again I have learned that I am going to have to work on mobilization,flexibility.
Tonight was three sets of push ups,and front squats with a bar. First set 21, second set 15. Third set 9. I learned how to find my neutral position. I learned I lean to far forward in squats. I learned that push ups are not my enemy.
Let me say,my arms are like jelly, and I cannot pick them up past my boobs. Ran 400 meters total today.
Got to go to the grind tomorrow. After that I have to swim, and lite 2 miles. Met a lot of really nice people, who do not think I am crazy wanting to do the Dopey in Jan. or wanting to triathlon, or anything like that. Awesome!!
