Think I Can

The weekend was good. 16 miles in. After seeing my splits I was slow. I guess the humidity played a roll in that. I think I have my fuel figured out. No crashing yesterday.
Weigh in, I am up +.2. Really not sure why. I really stuck to my meal plan. But had a rough time with the week. Little back pain. So I took it easy, compared to what I have been doing. Do not want to get injured again. Purpose behind the weight loss, and circuit training. Made it to level 2. It a bit tougher than expected.
I am wondering if my brain is keeping me from going down. Mentally stopping my self and not realizing it. I am ready to go to the next level.
It’s a learning experience I must say.
