Things a been super busy. Managing my day,plus training makes for some things to get pushed back.
My blog has been suffering due to time.
I have learned a lot lately and I want to share what I have learned.
Plus I have done major changes with food.
Miles are up. Not where I would like to be at. Think I need different shoes for the super long miles. My gait changes and then my shoes mess up my feet.
We are getting closer to marathon weekend. Excited! But what keeps you motivated?
