Managing Time

Things a been super busy. Managing my day,plus training makes for some things to get pushed back.
My blog has been suffering due to time.
I have learned a lot lately and I want to share what I have learned.
Plus I have done major changes with food.
Miles are up. Not where I would like to be at. Think I need different shoes for the super long miles. My gait changes and then my shoes mess up my feet.

We are getting closer to marathon weekend. Excited! But what keeps you motivated?
Me everyone. Watching my Coach finish Kona. My training group. My family, my Friends and I can keep going.

    Agreed, Kona was a motivator for me as well. Lorraine’s bike coach competed there as well. Fun watching on-line. Just completed a half here in Hartford, nothing like a race and new PR to keep the motivation up. Looking for a Marathon PR in January now…
