Resistance Is Futile…

Just a quick update.

Resistance today x 2. Cardio ops today was incline 7, speed 3.3., .60 of a mile in ten minutes. Today I had jelly legs, which is so much easier to deal with than stiff legs. It made the incline training a bit ruff but much better than waddling  with stiff legs that hurt.

Got to try to get a 20 mile spin on my bike in today. Gonna try after meeting at work. Lots to do today. Will update later.

Goofy I haven’t forgot about you. I have to tackle the Half Ironman first. If I finish the half ironman ,Goofy  challenge should be a walk in the parks!!! HA!!

    Good job getting the workout in.

    Are you really going to make Goofy dependent on the Half Ironman? They are very different events and you know you can do both of them!

    I need to start back training now that I can walk again after the Disneyland Half :)!
