Good Training..

Today’s sprints went very well. I slowed a bit and I was able to do all the incline 8 sprints in the a loted time of 30 seconds on 30 off. I know that my miles are less but I kept to the plan. Today calories burned : 444, fat cal.: 139, miles 2.39 time 40:43.

I hadย  good dreadmill training. I feel great!

    I did a speed workout today, too, and felt just as motivated as you!
